a l c h e m y
A creative alchemy on a Sunday from 2 pm to 9 pm organized in three parts.
Part one will take you on an intimate journey into yourself through a guided meditation and movement, followed by a playful embodiment practice where you'll be invited to connect with others and tune into your intuition.
Part two is a group experience where you dive deeper into your playful self, guided to express yourself creatively on the topic "the interconnectedness of all-beings and earth regeneration". Using tools, toys, collective intelligence, sound alchemy, food, talks, humor, games or improv. Nothing is mandatory, your limits and inspiration are guiding us. It can be as silly or serious as desired.
Part three is the celebration, the groups and individual present their creations, feeling supported and loved. We dance, eat, play, evolve!

A 4 days creative residency where we go deeper into the practice in a beautiful house surrounded by trees and plants and nourished by delicious local, seasonal food.
Mornings will be dedicated to

Afternoons will be an open space for a group experience free flow where you dive deeper into your playful self, guided to express yourself creatively on the topic "the interconnectedness of all-beings and earth regeneration". Using tools, toys, collective intelligence, sound alchemy, humor and bad jokes, games or improv. Nothing is mandatory, your limits and inspiration are guiding us.
Saturday evening is the celebration, the groups and individuals present their creations, feeling supported and loved. Followed by a sensual dinner and a downtempo vibes party!
Sunday will be a chill integrating day where you can indulge into the sweetness of doing nothing.

Playgrounded was conceived as a tangible response to my deepest concerns and aspirations in this life. After experimenting professionally for many years in the fields of festival creation, stage design and art direction; And exploring the world as a wandering soul through spirituality, circles, bubbles, body positive spaces, festivals, embodiment workshops, healing practices, eco villages, communities, lands...
I found a common thread through this. Playgrounded was born.
