I spent years working as a creative in advertising, where my job was essentially to have ideas on demand.

Every project began with constraints: a problem,

an audience, a budget, a deadline, a format. At first glance, constraints seem to reduce possibility.

In practice, they often create it.

After leaving advertising, I spent years exploring movement, meditation, theatre and embodied practices while developing my own artistic practice through scenography, illustration and performance.

​

Eventually I realised what has always fascinated me is the creative process. So I decided to study somatic practices under the scope of creativity, to the core.
